This 10g pack contains an infusion of dried lemons and mangos. Both refreshing and invigorating, this loose leaf tea is a fantastically scented blend, which looks amazing when brewed and is naturally caffeine free.
This blend is cleansing and refreshing. Our lemon and mango has a bold, fruity flavour that is naturally sweet.
Lemon is considered to be a natural energiser, it is also known to improve digestion and cleanse the body of toxins. Fruit teas contain antioxidants and vitamins that work with the body’s natural immune system.
Kick start your morning with a cleansing, revitalising cup of Mango and Lemon tea and you’ll be set to have a sunny day (even if its pouring down!).
Using traditional methods of blending and tasting, this tea has been carefully crafted by the Miles team, using Miles experTeas!
Based on the edge of Exmoor and on Somerset’s coastline, we take inspiration from our beautiful surroundings to create a cuppa that embodies a little escape, evoking memories of a holiday in the West Country, with each sip. Our attention to detail and experience ensures a consistent, flavourful tea that will see you constantly topping up your mug.
A fantastic mix of lemon, mango, orange zest, apple, hibiscus flowers and rosehips.
Our Lemon and Mango tea is best made with water brought to a full boil and used immediately to allow the ingredients to release their full flavour (if you’re using a teapot remember to warm the pot first). Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person.
Allow to brew for 3 minutes. If you like it strong add more tea, don't steep for longer as this will turn the flavours bitter. Drink on its own, without milk or lemon.
Miles Lemon and Mango Tea is delicious enjoyed hot but equally lovely as a refreshing, cold brew topped with soda or lemonade for a refreshing, zingy mocktail.
If you are enjoying this fruit tea first thing in the morning, enjoy it with a breakfast of fresh fruits and Greek yoghurt. This tea also pairs well with a light lunch of chicken, feta and peach salad.
Make sure you store your tea in an airtight container – a tin is better than plastic, or seal up the packaging it arrives in. Although tea feels dry, it contains 3% moisture and oils that are essential to its flavour. If not properly stored these can evaporate. Keep your tea in a fairly cool, dry place, which is out of sunlight and try to keep away from any spices that could taint the flavour.
