This 14-16 gram double wall basket makes for effortless espressos. These have the usual mesh base, plus another 'wall' that acts like a holding area, with a small hole at the bottom. Extra pressure builds to force the coffee through this hole, ensuring the water finds its way through all the coffee grounds.
