The Roast

Sumatra beans are single origin, 100% Arabica coffee beans. This coffee is a real conversation starter, with people often divided as to whether they love it or hate it because of its herbaceous flavours and roast-induced sweetness.

The Taste

A medium–to-dark roast, this coffee is full-bodied with an earthy, intensely chocolatey flavour and notes of liquorice.

The Benefit

Storage

To maintain the aroma and flavour of your coffee, make sure you store your coffee beans in an airtight container – a tin is better than plastic, or seal up the packaging it arrives in. Once opened, keep your coffee in a fairly cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
